CopperRoad Overview
CopperRoad was incorporated in March, 2002. Since then we have been building the framework that will enable us to carry out our mission. We have carefully selected and established key strategic alliances with equipment suppliers, installation companies,legal and intellectual property firms, marketing and graphic design firms, and electric utility companies. Additionally CopperRoad has retained key members of its management team with extensiveentrepreneurial and management experience.
At CopperRoad, our mission is to provide utility companies with the tools necessary to control power consumption in a very targeted way while allowing its customers to opt out of power cut offs for the first time ever. This two-way communication tool, our PowerSmartStat technology, is unique and saves money during Peak hours when energy costs are higher. Importantly, while our focus is utilities and their customers, we are doing all we can to help utilities achieve their environmental goals.
We also offer high-speed Internet access in rural other areas where DSL and cable Internet access is not available.
